1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, purchasing, or using any service offered by Encrypt Growth, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website immediately.

2. Eligibility

3. Products and Pricing

• All product prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice
• Product images are for representational purposes only
• Availability of products is subject to stock and may vary

4. Wellness Partner Programme

Participation in the Encrypt Growth Wellness Partner Programme is voluntary. Partners earn referral rewards as per the applicable commission structure communicated during onboarding. The programme is governed by a separate Partner Agreement.

• Partners must maintain minimum monthly activity to remain eligible for team rewards
• Misrepresentation of products or income potential is strictly prohibited
• Encrypt Growth reserves the right to suspend or terminate partner accounts for violations

5. Orders and Payments

All orders placed on this platform are subject to availability and confirmation. Payments are processed securely through our payment partners. We do not store card details on our servers.

6. Returns and Refunds

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you may request a replacement within 48 hours of delivery. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Products once opened cannot be returned unless defective.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Sharing false medical claims about our products
• Using the platform for fraudulent transactions
• Misusing referral or reward systems
• Uploading harmful, offensive or misleading content

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, images, logos, and product descriptions is the intellectual property of Encrypt Growth. Reproduction or redistribution without written permission is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Encrypt Growth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services. Our maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the value of the order placed.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
